2023 - THE REALIZATION
THE PROBLEM WAS REAL. THE SOLUTION WASN’T.
Riders cleaned their bikes, polished their gear, and prepared for every ride - but the helmet interior was still ignored.
The real gap was not awareness. Riders knew helmets smelled. The gap was practicality.

EARLY 2024 - ON-GROUND DISCOVERY
WE SPOKE TO 250+ RIDERS.
Instead of assuming the problem, we went to riders - fuel stations, parking lots, riding meetups, and daily commute spaces.
One pattern kept repeating: riders wanted helmet hygiene, but not another long cleaning routine.
The problem wasn’t small. Existing solutions just didn’t match real rider behavior.

Before the final formulation, multiple combinations, drying behaviors, fragrance balances, and helmet-use scenarios were tested over months.
The goal was never to create a strong perfume effect. The goal was to create something riders would actually use before every ride.
